How do I enable SMS (text) notifications

Note: This feature requires your church to have the "pro" edition of Church Service Planner (which is $5 per month).  If you would like to "gift" the pro membership to your church, you can email us at [email protected] so that we can make sure that it gets credited to the correct church.

  1. Log into Church Service Planner.
    • If you are automatically brought to the scheduling page, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Return Home".
  2. Click "Open Personal Settings".
  3. Confirm your phone number is correct.
  4. Check the box for "Allow Church Service Planner to send me texts"
  5. Select your carrier from the dropdown menu.
    • If you do not see your carrier listed, please email [email protected], and we will look into the possibility of adding your carrier.
  6. Click "Save".
  7. If you changed your phone number, it is best to log out and log back in to make sure the changes take effect.
