How do I enable 2 factor authentication (with Google Authenticator)

  1. Log into Church Service Planner.
    • If you are automatically brought to the scheduling page, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Return Home".
  2. Click "Open Personal Settings".
  3. Click "2 factor authentication settings".
  4. Check the box for "Use Google Authenticator".
  5. Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, and add the site to your app using the QR code that is displayed.
  6. Type in the code generated from Google Authenticator, then click "Test code".
  7. Write down the "Backup code" and keep it in a safe place.  When (not if) you run into a problem with your phone and need to recover your account, you will need this backup code.
