How to create a ministry

  1. To create a ministry, first log in as a site administrator.
  2. At the site administrator's homepage, select "Open Site Administration Settings".
  3. Click "Add Ministry".
  4. Enter the ministry name.
  5. If the ministry administrator is already setup as a user, go ahead and select them from the dropdown; otherwise, select "None" - we will add them to the ministry later.  Note that the site administrators will not show up in this list since they are already setup as global administrators.  They can be added to the ministry later if they need the notifications from that ministry.
  6. If you know the roles that the ministry needs (for instance, if it is AV, it would probably be FOH, recording, screens, lighting, cameramen, etc), you can add each role (one per line) in the "roles" box.  If not, leave it blank and the ministry administrator can add the roles later.
  7. Click "Create Ministry".
