How to change the logo

- To change the logo for your church's site, first log in as a site administrator.
- At the site administrator's homepage, select "Open Site Administration Settings".
- Click "Customization Settings".
- Click "Upload a custom logo".
- Click "Choose File" and select a .jpg or .png file that is no larger than 10 mb.
- Note that the larger the file is that you upload, the more it will slow down your site when it is loading. For best results, upload a image that is no taller than 160px and no wider than 560px. Church Service Planner will automatically scale your image accordingly, so uploading a larger image will only slow down your site.
- Click "Upload".
- Wait for the image to upload (this might take a minute, depending on your browser, you can normally see the upload status on the lower left hand corner).
- Reload the page to see your changes.
Note: if you do not see the new logo when you reload the page, clear your browser's cache and cookies. If you still do not see it after clearing your cache and cookies, it may take up to 2 hours for our CDN (content distribution network - this helps keep the site fast and secure) to update it's cache during peak hours. If you still do not see the new image after 2 hours, please open a ticket for assistance.
