How to setup a weekly schedule

  1. Log in as a ministry administrator or site administrator.
    • If prompted, select the ministry and click "Open Ministry".
  2. At the Ministry Schedule page, select "Configure Ministry".
  3. Click "Manage scheduling".
  4. Click "Configure Weekly Scheduling".
  5. Select the days of the week when you want to schedule people for.
  6. Select the last date to schedule through.
    • The reason we ask you to select an end date is to help keep your schedule fresh, it also helps keep our resource usage low if people decide to move to another platform and do not close their account with us.
  7. Enter the start and end time for your schedule.
  8. Click "Setup Schedule".
  9. Your weekly schedule has now been setup, you can now begin to assign people to the roles.
